• Zeba Shoes Really Work! (A Veteran’s Review)

Hello internet friends, this is Pat Thompson once again, with my niece here helping me type another review for you. Today I want to talk to you about your feet. When I was in Korea my sergeant always said your feet were top priority, because what good are you if you can’t walk anymore? Which is why I’m here to tell you about Zeba shoes. These shoes were a life changer for me.

    What Are Zeba Shoes?

Zeba shoes are really simple, when you write out what they were. They’re just shoes that you can put on without bending down. Just slip your foot right in there, and there’s a spring or something in the heel, so it’s really easy to get your shoe on. That might not mean much to some of my readers but it does mean a lot to me.

One thing they don’t tell you about getting older is that getting older really means things have gotten harder. Nothing to do with age but how you feel. When you feel like your back is breaking just bending down you’ll know your AARP card is deserved. Being able to slip on my shoes, something I had always taken for granted, is a life changer. I don’t need to rely on anyone else, nor do I want to (my niece is giving me a look!).

Zeba Shoes Are Good Looking And Stylish

My Zeba shoes are sharp. I wore my Jet Black Zeba shoes to my granddaughter’s wedding—I’m too old to care about dress formality (my niece is sighing, but she better type this), and even I was shuffling the Lindy on the dance floor.

It’s funny to actually get compliments on my sneakers when I’m out and about throughout town. Although, now everyone knows where I got my shoes from. I just tell them the whole thing: w-w-w-dot-zeba-shoes-dot-com. I wonder how much business I’ve sent their way?

(Now if only I still had my Zoot suit to compliment my Zeba.)

But How Comfortable Are Zeba Shoes?

Oh yes, Zeba shoes are comfortable shoes.

Now, admittedly, I had to take the insoles out and put in my own—not Zeba’s fault, I’ve always had two left feet that need extra support—which was easy to do and made the shoes perfect for me. I have to wear a brace these days and it was easy for me to slip my foot into the shoe even with the brace on.

Some other shoes, not so much, but I don’t like to mention names. Or, maybe, I will mention names.

I had tried those Kizik shoes before and they just didn’t feel right. (My other niece had suggested them!) After walking to the post office in my Kiziks I remember my ankle swelling up and I was about to forget all this newfangled shoe nonsense when my niece told me about Zeba.

Since I’ve gotten my Zeba shoes I’ve out and about through all of town again.

I go to church every Sunday, at St Francis Of Assisi, and while I can’t kneel anymore I can at least stand. I hand out the eucharist, and I remember with my last pair of shoes I would be all sore by the end of mass, even with my brace. It was terrible. Had to ice my knees for the rest of the afternoon. Makes you not want to do anything anymore. But since I’ve started wearing Zebas I’ve had no problem standing straight as I can for the whole hour, even sticking around after mass

Zeba Shoes Are All About Convenience

I double knotted my Zeba shoes the first day they arrived, boatshoe knots of course, and haven’t touched them since. Why bother? They never come undone and my two left feet slide in and out of my Zeba shoes without issue. Never have to stylize my laces again either!

I even got some of my pals at the VFW wearing Zeba. They love them, and those guys are the crankiest bunch of old timers you’ve ever met. We argue about everything, but we all agree on Zeba shoes. Now we’re competing to see who picked out the most stylish pair.

Where Can I Buy Zeba Shoes Near Me?

I got my pair off the Zeba shoe website. It was easy. Didn’t even need my niece to help me with that one.

They use FedEx to ship and I got my shoes within 5 days or so. Super simple, no hassle. The shoes even came in a really nice box, which is so nice I haven’t thrown it out yet! I’ll use it for something one of these days.

So, yes I highly recommend Zeba shoes, internet friends. Even if you’re not as old as me, you might as well splurge a little. If I’ve learned one thing from life it’s that nothing beats convenience!
